it varies but in general it follows this schedule:
monday - strength training for about 40 mins (5 min warm up + 5 min cool down/stretch = 50 mins total)
tuesday - cardio (walking, running, cycling, jump roping…) 40 mins + 5 min warm up, 5 min cool down = 50 mins total.
wednesday - same as monday
thursday - same as tuesday
friday and saturday i work a jobs that are physically strenuous so those act as a general workout.
sunday i rest.
